Duration: 6 weeks intense course and project, 1 hour per session.
Dates: During Spring Term (February 22nd to April 1st 2021)
Time & Tutor: Monday 10-11am with our tutor Rhiannon
Age: Aimed at (Home Educated) GCSE and A-level students looking for something to stand out on their college and University applications.
The aim of the course is to provide an understanding of the political framework of the UK, looking at the way the country is run, political ideology, and the role we play when we vote.
This course will support students in preparing and implementing a personal project to engage with their local community to reinforce the role we can have as individuals in society.
Full guidance and support will be provided throughout the project.
- UK Parliament set up.
- Political ideologies of the main parties.
- Our rights and responsibilities as voters.
- A personal project which will look great on University applications and future CVs.

Included in all our courses is a tailor-made booklet which will be send over to you in a PDF format for you to print in advance. If you prefer us to post it, we require an extra payment of £4.00 which covers the printing costs and the postage.
All our online courses take place on Microsoft Teams. The student does not require to download the application, as you can use the browser version which will be send over to you by email before the first session.
Our courses take place in groups of 6 students maximum.
